DROPPING OFF/COPYING/ MAILING POSTERS
All orders/posters are due by Friday at 3 pm, 10 days before you want your posters up, We poster every Sun- Wed. You can mail us the posters, or we pick up at Collective Copies Amherst MA, or Paradise Northampton MA. If you do not live in Massachusetts, the original poster can also be emailed to either copy center and copied as well. You can mail us the posters (PO BX 685 Shutesbury , MA 01072), or we pick up at Collective Copies Amherst MA, or Paradise Northampton MA. If you do not live in Massachusetts, the original poster can also be emailed to a copy center listed below and copied as well. Each week The Towns and Colleges are postered between Monday and Wednesday.
A check must be left with the posters, or you can pay ONLINE with a credit card or pay by Paypal (see Links to the Left on the green background). We DO NOT BILL, unless you are a College.
All posters must left in the 'Stick 'em Up!' box DO NOT LEAVE THEM BEHIND THE COUNTER.

Copy Information
If you do not live in the area, you can email your poster one of the local Copy Centers. They will print off your master and copy your to your specifications. You will need to pay them for the copying of your posters by credit card, over the phone.

We have "drop boxes" at Paradise Copies in Northampton and Collective Copies in Amherst as well as one in Shutesbury MA. If you need to make copies these two centers offer excellent services. You can also put pre-printed materials in the boxes, or mail your posters to us.
If you do email your poster, here is what I recommend....
Email your poster, then be sure to Call and go over your order with them. Make sure they meet your deadline time frame, and ask them to put the posters in the Stick 'em Up! box. Please call later that afternoon to make SURE they were put into the box, as we have found sometimes they forget!!!
If you use this service you will have to Call us and let us know that the posters ARE ready, and pay us over the phone by credit card.

Use Bright colored paper
If you print your posters on your computer printer, the ink will run when it rains
8.5X11 or 11X17 are the best size posters to use (we charge $10 extra PER RUN for oversized posters)
Use a logo, so people recognize you/your event
Have pre cut "tear offs" with your phone number so your entire poster is not ripped down
